I have only slept for four or five hours each day recently. I wondered why I got up so early than ever before. When I revisited the clinic, I asked the doctor about this question. The doctor replied that one of the prescribe medicine might caused this. It's a aha moment for me. The doctor asked me if he changed this medicine to others. I replied him if the medicine is necessary, doesn't need to change it. I hope it will soon to recovery, otherwise I would not have the motivation to anything.

Recently, my sleep has been significantly disrupted, averaging only four to five hours per night. This was perplexing, as I consistently woke up much earlier than usual. During a follow-up appointment at the clinic, I inquired about this issue with my doctor. He explained that a newly prescribed medication could be the culprit, causing the early awakenings. This revelation was a genuine "aha" moment. The doctor then proposed switching to an alternative medication, but I declined, stating that if the current medicine was necessary, I would tolerate the side effect. I am hopeful that my sleep will return to normal soon; otherwise, my motivation may suffer.
