A Recent Experience at Work

Yesterday marked a turning point for one of my colleagues who joined our team back in October. With around a month and a half elapsed in the probationary period, he was still grappling with meeting the expected performance standards. Concerns lingered over his ability to successfully clear the assessment.

Attempting to lend a helping hand, I finally managed to assist him, resulting in a noticeable improvement in his performance. Here's hoping he smoothly sails through this probationary phase, unscathed.

We've got a new co-worker who started here in October. It's been about a month and a half now, and he's still on his probation period. Since he hadn't had any accomplishments yet, he was getting a little worried that he might not pass his evaluation. Yesterday, I tried helping him out, and finally we got some results. I hope he's able to make it through the probationary phase without any issues.
